Day 1 Arrive in Auckland and cross to Waiheke by launch.
Day 2 Discovery The island's vineyards with a private guide, and lunch at Michelin-starred Tantalus Estate.
Taupō, Huka Lodge
Day 3 Fly to Taupō. The lodge sits on the Waikato River, just upstream of Huka Falls.
Day 4 Signature A privately guided hike from Kinloch to Kawakawa Bay, then a private luncheon cruise to the Ngātoroirangi carving at Mine Bay.
Hawkes Bay, Wallingford Homestead
Day 5 Drive east over the ranges, arriving in time for lunch on the veranda.
Day 6 Signature The estate and kitchen garden with chef Chris Stockdale, and a truffle hunt in winter.
Wairarapa, Wharekauhau
Day 7 Drive south by way of Martinborough for a private tasting and a vineyard lunch.
Day 8 Signature Walk the working sheep station with your private guide, from the woolshed to the high paddocks. In the afternoon, ride quad bikes across 3,000 acres to the black sand of Palliser Bay.
Ahuriri Valley, The Lindis
Day 9 Fly from Wellington to Queenstown and drive into the high country.
Day 10 Discovery A private heli hike on the upper Tasman Glacier, far from the usual crowds, then stargazing in the valley.
Glenorchy, Blanket Bay
Day 11 Over the Lindis Pass, with lunch in the Gibbston Valley.
Day 12 Signature Jet boat from the lodge jetty up the Dart River Te Awa Whakatipu.

Day 14 Drive to Queenstown Airport for your onward flight
